company

Software is starting to act. Someone has to be the part of the stack that says no.

Agents and automations now sign, spend, promise and decide on behalf of companies. Europe has taken the lead in regulating it — we think that is right, and we are building the neutral infrastructure that makes it viable: identity, enforcement and proof for every non-human actor in the enterprise.

The challenge

The governance of a fleet of automations.

The average European mid-market company will run hundreds of agents and automations across n8n, Make, Zapier, Salesforce, Zoho, OpenAI, Anthropic and platforms that do not exist yet. Governance has to be neutral across all of them: one inventory, one common policy language, one unified audit trail — whoever built it, wherever it runs.

The bet

The trust standard.

When automations from different companies transact with each other — and we are already at the point where two AI agents can interact, each one representing its own company — both sides need an identity and reputation layer neither of them owns. We are building toward the day “governed by Kimetai” reads the way “payments by Stripe” does — as the mark of rigor a counterparty looks for before trusting an agent at all.

Where we come from

Ten years watching companies automate — and ten years watching the governance gap open.

Kimetai Labs, S.L. comes out of more than ten years of experience in our business group, where Impulsamos tu Negocio and Acelérate con un ERP have taken part in integrating CRM and ERP systems and automations in companies of every size and sector.

In all of them the common denominator was the same: we witnessed first-hand how autonomous tool adoption progressed, and the challenge it creates in balancing that autonomy against internal governance and security. Kimetai is the answer we kept not finding on the market.

How we build

  • Cross-platform

One inventory, one policy language and one audit trail over every platform your company automates on — no console-hopping, no format per vendor, no gaps between them.

  • Discovery first

You cannot govern what you have not discovered. The inventory comes before the policy — and we get there without asking anyone to change how they build.

  • On standards

W3C DIDs, Verifiable Credentials, OAuth, OPA, MCP. We don't invent cryptography or protocols; we assemble the open ones correctly.

  • European

EU-hosted by default, and five frameworks in force treated as design inputs rather than paperwork: GDPR, NIS2, DORA, the invoicing-record regimes and the AI Act. Regulation is our home turf.
