Every automated economy needs a trust layer. We intend to be it.
Software already transacts on behalf of companies, creating commitments and security exposure. AI agents and automated flows operating on data and taking decisions autonomously. Europe wrote the rules before the infrastructure existed, and Kimetai intends to be that universal, cross-platform control plane where every automation gets identity, authorization and proof.
THE THESIS
01 · TIMING
Five frameworks create the market.
This is not one deadline: GDPR (Arts. 30 and 32) since 2018, NIS2 since October 2024, DORA since January 2025, six national invoicing-record regimes rolling out now, and the AI Act on top. Every one of them demands an inventory of automations nobody has. Non-human identities already outnumber employees 50:1 and low-code adoption is compounding. This is not discretionary spend — it is dated, mandatory and auditable.
02 · POSITION
Neutrality is the moat.
Platform vendors can only govern what runs on their own platform; observability vendors only watch, and only the AI half. Kimetai is the enforcement layer across both species and every platform — orchestrators, model providers and automations embedded in business SaaS — and the only European-built option in a category where data residency decides procurement. The mid-market is unserved.
03 · ENDGAME
From compliance to standard.
Governance data compounds: every governed automation adds to an identity and reputation graph no competitor can replicate. The wedge is compliance; the endgame is the trust standard for machine-to-machine commerce — “governed by Kimetai” as the mark a counterparty checks before transacting.
Business model: recurring SaaS from €199 to €2,500+/month, expansion priced on governed automations and sealed audit events, and a partner channel (referral, reseller, whitelabel) that scales distribution without scaling headcount.
